15 Days Return & Exchange Policy

 

Regarding order cancellation:


All products ordered from us can be cancelled for free within 24 hours, but orders cancelled after 24 hours will be charged a handling fee equivalent to 50% of the product price.

Because most products are made to order (unless otherwise stated), we will not accept the cancellation of your order without reason. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. Please see whether either of these pertain to you and if the item(s) are covered by our return policy within 15 days of receipt.

 

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 15 days after receipt)


1. The package you received is not the product and color when you placed the order.

2. The package has been damaged, the size is wrong, or the quality is defective when it arrives.

3. The appearance of the package you received is different from the photo when you placed the order.

4. The package was lost in transit.

5. We only accept refunds for accessories and standard-size costumes (not including the Customized or Tailor-Made costumes).

 

The following reasons are NOT covered by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 15 days after receiving the goods)


1. Products damaged due to misuse, misoperation, or improper maintenance cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Worn, used, dyed, trimmed wigs, and modified items cannot be returned.

3. Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.

4. Due to the special size of customized or tailor-made costumes, we do not accept the return of Customized or Tailor-Made costumes.

 

Below are detailed instructions on how to handle returns or exchanges.


First, please contact our customer service via email, we will check the problem and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept returns without the consent of the customer service.

Please send relevant evidence to confirm the problem, such as photos, so that we can make a claim for you.

If you want to return or exchange the costumes due to your mistake, you need to bear the return and re-ship shipping cost.

The refund will be returned to you within 3-7 working days after we receive the item in good condition.

 

Extra special reminder:


Due to manual measurement, please allow 1 inch difference, thank you (1 inch = 2.54 cm, 1 cm = 0.39 inch)

Our standard size chart is close to the US size and its finished garment size. We recommend that you use our size chart as a guide before choosing a size.

If you don't know how to choose a size, we suggest you ask someone to measure it for you, and then choose our custom size. Or contact our customer service to provide you with the right size.

Because different computers display different colors, the actual color may be slightly different from the above picture. Thank you for your understanding.
